Pickling and Fermenting
Ingredients:
6 tbsp brown mustard seeds
5 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
1 tbsp yellow mustard powder
2 tbsp salt
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup white verjus
5 tbsp sauerkraut juice
Directions:
Using a spice blender, or mortar and pestle, grind up the whole seeds into a coarse blend. Then add to a bowl with the mustard powder and tablespoons of salt.
Next, mix together the wet ingredients until the entire mixture is thoroughly incorporated.
Let rest for 5 days to a week, enjoy.
